Principal's Message

Welcome Letter from Mrs. Miller

Dear Students and Families of Greenwood Elementary,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! I am excited to begin my journey as principal
of Greenwood Elementary School and to warmly welcome both new and returning
families to our school community.  This website is designed to provide you with important information about our school’s policies, procedures, and daily expectations.

Our top priority is to maintain a safe, supportive learning environment where every student can thrive. We encourage you to review the handbook contained on this website carefully and reach out with any questions you may have.  All of the information in the handbook is also spread throughout the sections here as well.

A strong home-school connection is key to student success, and we look forward to working in partnership with you throughout the year. At Greenwood, we believe in growing a community of leaders and learners. The dedicated staff is committed to fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere that supports the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral growth of all students. Our mission is to develop confident learners and compassionate leaders who are prepared to make a positive impact in their community and beyond. Through strong
collaboration between home and school, we can ensure the success and inclusion of
every child.

We look forward to partnering with you to support your child’s growth and learning
throughout the year.

In partnership,
Erin Miller
