New Principal Entry Plan

As I began my first 90 days as principal, my top priority was to honor the traditions and successes that make Greenwood Elementary such a special place, while also building strong connections with students, families, and staff. This entry plan has guided my work and kept me focused on listening, learning, and leading with care.

My Goals for the First 90 Days have been to:

• Minimize disruption of the school community by respecting established practices and routines.
• Build and sustain a positive school climate and culture where everyone feels valued and supported.
• Gain knowledge of the established structures and procedures that keep our school running smoothly.
• Build trusting relationships with all stakeholders—students, families, staff, and community partners.
• Maintain the achievements of the school community while working collaboratively toward continuous growth.

My Personal Commitment

My mission is to create a school environment where every student feels safe, inspired, and
empowered to succeed. I am committed to building a positive school culture and climate
rooted in respect, inclusivity, and high expectations. Through strong instructional leadership,
collaborative decision-making, and clear, consistent communication, I strive to support
teachers, strengthen teaching and learning, and lead with integrity. By ensuring effective
operations and fostering a shared vision with my instructional leadership team, I aim to drive
continuous growth and make a lasting impact on the lives of students, staff, and families.

I look forward to learning alongside each of you, listening to your ideas and perspectives, and
working together to ensure Greenwood continues to thrive. Thank you for welcoming me into
